Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlowConnect's services, including our e-commerce partnership platform that connects Stripe account holders with e-commerce businesses for payment processing solutions.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

FlowConnect provides the following services:

• Facilitating partnerships between Stripe account holders and e-commerce businesses
• Managing communication between partner companies and e-commerce partners
• Processing revenue sharing payments (10% of total payouts after Stripe fees)
• Providing support and guidance for Stripe account management
• Ensuring compliance with payment processing regulations

Stripe Account Holders Must:

• Process sales on their Stripe account or introduce other Stripe account owners
• Facilitate communication between FlowConnect and Stripe account owners
• Add e-commerce partner emails as administrators in Stripe accounts
• Submit all necessary verifications (identity, bank statements, etc.)
• Transfer ownership when accounts reach full potential
• Maintain account access for e-commerce partners during partnership

Prohibited Actions:

• Remove e-commerce partner access without 7-day notice
• Make unauthorized changes to Stripe account details
• Remove partners due to chargebacks or Stripe radar signals without consultation
• Engage in private communication outside designated channels

• Revenue Share: 10% of total payouts received through introduced Stripe accounts
• Payment Method: Wire transfer or USDT (TRC20 network)
• Payment Schedule: Within the same day of every Stripe payout
• Stripe Fees: 2-4% transaction fees, deducted before revenue sharing
• USDT Conversion: 0.85% fee when converting to USDT

E-commerce partners are responsible for:

• All aspects of their e-commerce business operations
• Product quality, logistics, and inventory management
• Product shipping times and customer service
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Handling chargebacks and disputes in collaboration with partners

FlowConnect shall not be responsible for:

• Advertising, website management, or product fulfillment
• Disputes, product fulfillment, or e-commerce business operations
• Client disputes or chargebacks on provided Stripe accounts
• Fraudulent activities by e-commerce partners (protected by contract terms)

• Either party may terminate with 7-day written notice
• Immediate termination for material breach
• Partners must provide 1-week notice before removing e-commerce partners
• Compensation required for early termination without cause

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business-related information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

• Partners responsible for taxes on their 10% revenue share
• E-commerce partners responsible for taxes on their 90% revenue share
• Each entity files their own taxes independently

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of the United States.
